Codes of practice
An information sheet and code of practice template have been prepared to assist anybody preparing a code of practice under the Environmental Protection Act 1994.
Existing codes of practice developed using the code of practice template (such as the motor vehicle workshop code of practice) can be used as examples when developing a code of practice with the template. These are available on the Business Queensland website.
